During my xmas stay, I loved the fact that the rooms were nice and clean, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's key location near the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The proximity to public transportation allowed for easy access to all the popular tourist attractions. And to top it off, the free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel was a great bonus, ensuring that I could stay connected throughout my trip.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the breakfast offered at the hotel was quite boring and there weren't enough tables and chairs for guests.

Nothing! The service was horrible and the employees didn't even greet customers

I recently stayed at Howard Johnson in Queens Village and had a wonderful experience. My stay was for three nights, and the hotel was conveniently located near JFK airport, just two stops away on the AirTrain. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding when I had to make a last minute cancellation due to an emergency. They even considered reducing the price for the unused room, which I greatly appreciated. I was very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfy.

Breakfast was removed prior to 10am. Overprice and outdated. Didn't like that the bed is so close to the hallway. Lots of noise throughout the night.

I would like to get my money back I booked this atBooked.net for $1,092.00 when I got there they charged me 1392.00 and told me that the price I was quoted was without tax. I feel that the price I was quoted that is how much I should have paid. Someone was dishonest either Booked.net or the Howard Johnson.

Front desk staff was great and very helpful. She gave us great directions to the hotel and then ordered a taxi to pick us up for our next flight. Also had great recommendations for food within a walking distance of the hotel.

The floor and chair were dirty, the comforter was ragged and torn, sheets were stained, blow dryer didn't work. Neighbors were noisy and arguing. We were there for a very short time in between flights but felt we couldn't really relax and sleep.

No parking park on street if you can Find one.

At 164 dollars per night the accommodations should have been much better. Cleanliness was a concern. The first room had a live roach crawling on the wall and we were moved to another room. The price range was too excessive for the accommodations and level of cleaniness.

Cleanliness, $243.00 per night, tremendous cobb webs, room smelled musky, linen was dirty and I asked management to change, left and returned to same linen, asked again and he advised that they would change linen in the a.m. ... Ridiculous!
